Mycelis and Virelis are home-growing appliances being developed in Christchurch, New Zealand. The October 2026 Mycelis prototype is nearly ready to show in person.
The design goal
Bring the grow into the room.
Both products are being shaped for everyday kitchens rather than specialist growing setups.
Mycelis is getting closer to its first in-person showing, while Virelis remains at an earlier concept stage. Price and release timing are still being refined.
